I recently tried the Chocolate Chip SmartMuf’n from Smart Baking Company, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the price is a bit on the higher side, but I understand that quality ingredients come at a cost.

OMG! Heat these up for 20 seconds and gently put softened butter on it! They are DELICIOUS like this!! I am a huge chocolate chip muffin fan and trust me, these are an amazing substitute

These are unbelievably good. It doesn’t even seem possible that something this tasty is low carb. They have a good bit of chocolate as well as a crunchy, sugary topping, with a very soft texture. I love the ingredients, too, and am so happy that Smart Baking Co. uses olive oil in their goods rather than nasty industrial seed oils. Also, those of us with sensitive stomachs unite! Most low carb goodies mess with my stomach (especially sugar alcohols- other than erythritol, they’re ubiquitous- but also the fillers they use). These do not! I have recently had two a day and zero digestive issues. Amazing, please keep innovating, Smart Baking Co!
