I have celiac and finding moist buns low in sodium and high in protein and fiber and taste great has been difficult. I found these Smartbuns and it sure has made a great improvement in my diet. I use them for salmon burgers, turkey burger, a hot turkey sandwich today and I have used them to make delicious cinnamon French toast with my waffle iron. I am so looking forward to trying them for all kinds of new recipes. When I head back to Canada in the spring I will be taking several boxes to last me through the summer! They are one of the greatest finds I have found in years. Thank you!

So Good! I’ve eaten them with hamburgers and bbq chicken and I could NOT tell it wasn’t a real bun. They are denser than a normal bun but that’s a good thing as I get fuller faster. Buying another box today! Now…if you could make sliced bread for sandwiches my keto life will be complete 😉
