First and foremost — thank you. Your encouragement, patience, and continued support truly mean the world to us. Restarting operations has been an exciting journey, and we’re incredibly grateful to have such a loyal community behind us.

We want to share a transparent update on where things stand:

We’re currently finishing the final December pre-orders while steadily building inventory again. With a small (but very dedicated!) team and only a few baking days each week, ramping production back up takes time — especially as we re-establish supplier relationships. As a newly restarted operation, we’re sometimes not yet at the top of ingredient suppliers’ priority lists, which has added a few unexpected delays.

That said, we’re working hard this week to increase output and prepare shipments. Our goal is to begin sending out a significant number of orders starting Monday, February 16 and continue accelerating fulfillment from there.

We sincerely apologize for the longer wait times. We know how much you look forward to your SmartCakes, SmartMuf’ns, and SmartBuns — and we’re doing everything possible to get them to you as quickly as we can without compromising quality.

We’re bringing back the beloved 38-calorie SmartCakes in all five fan-favorite flavors — better than ever.

Thanks to your incredible support, our comeback goal has been reached and production is officially moving forward. For this initial comeback phase, these SmartCakes are available to pre-order as part of our first production run as we restart baking and fulfillment.

During this comeback phase, SmartCakes will be delivered in simple, clear wrap packaging, allowing us to move quickly into production while maintaining freshness and quality.

Looking ahead, once production is fully reestablished, the 38-calorie SmartCakes will be available through our CLUB 38 subscription program — created for our most dedicated fans who want ongoing access and early releases.
