Retail Account Manager

Mission:

• • • Professionally represent the Smart Baking Company in such a way that cultivates and promotes profitable relationships with retailers to successfully distribute Smart Baking Company products and its brand.

Responsabilities:

• • • Routinely place service calls to current retail base based on passed purchase orders/customer needs or unresolved issues.
    • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to VP sales.
    • Ready to obtain Purchase orders by using the ERP system’s CRM processes.
    • Actively resolve customer issues or neutralize customer complaints.
    • Schedule demo days with retail customers.
    • Prioritize fulfillment to retailers.
    • Diligently manage/resolve all retail payments.
    • Keep historical records by maintain records on retail customer sales.
    • Actively contact SBC customers and offer sales assistance for products in their stores and on their social media platforms.
    • Contact for brokers and distributors.
    • Accurately and diligently maintain performance logs.
    • Responsible for the new account life cycle. From lead generation/price allocation and account acquisition.

Qualifications:

• • • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. Bachelor’s Degree or HS Diploma/GED and 3 or more years recent sales or customer service experience required. 
    • Must have a valid US state issued driver’s license
    • Must be able to use tablet technology; some roles will require an intermediate level of computer skills with the Microsoft Office products. Excel/word/PowerPoint.
    • Must be able to professionally write emails in English
