Considered an essential ancient grain, Millet is a small round whole grain that is gluten-free and boasts high protein, fiber, and antioxidant contents. It is also a good source of vitamins and minerals, including folic acid, zinc, and iron. DeLand Bakery uses millet flour they mill in house in many of their favorite bread varieties.

Although the Bakery has grown over the years, they are still family owned and operated, they mill their own millet flour, chop their raw ingredients, and keep their own bee hives for the honey used in their recipes. DeLand Bakery takes pride in their mission of providing nutritious baked goods, using simple wholesome ingredients, and supporting individuals who have allergies and dietary restrictions.
