    Ancient Grain with Modern Benefits

    Considered an essential ancient grain, Millet is a small round whole grain that is gluten-free and boasts high protein, fiber, and antioxidant contents. It is also a good source of vitamins and minerals, including folic acid, zinc, and iron. DeLand Bakery uses millet flour they mill in house in many of their favorite bread varieties.
