Smart Baking Company Rewards Program – Terms and Conditions
1. Earning Stars:
– You’ll earn 1 star for every dollar spent on eligible online purchases. Please note that shipping costs do not apply when calculating stars.
2. Reward Value:
– You can redeem 10 stars for a $1 reward. So, if you have 100 stars, you’ll receive a $10 reward, and it continues in the same way.
3. How to Redeem:
– You can redeem your stars during the checkout process on the cart page.
– Note that stars cannot be used if you apply any coupon discounts or promotions to your order.
4. Bonus Stars:
– Get 10 bonus stars when you create a new account.
– You’ll also earn 20 bonus stars when you leave your first product review on our website and it gets approved. Keep in mind that these bonus stars for product reviews are a one-time offer and apply only to your initial review.
* If you already left a product review in the past, then you are not eligible for this offer.
5. Stars Expiry:
– Your stars expire six (6) months after the stars were earned.
6. Checking Stars Balance:
– You can easily monitor your points balance by visiting your account dashboard and clicking on the Stars tab.
7. Stars for Canceled Orders or Refunds:
– If you cancel an order or receive a refund for an order, any stars earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
8. Account Suspension:
– Smart Baking Company may suspend or terminate your account and revoke reward stars if fraudulent activity or program abuse is detected.
9. Program Changes:
– Smart Baking Company reserves the right to modify or end the rewards program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website and our fan pages.
10. General Terms:
– Smart Baking Company is not responsible for lost or stolen reward stars.
– Stars have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are non-negotiable.
– You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date.

– The SmartStars™ Rewards program officially launched on September 21, 2023, at 4:00 PM EST. Stars will start being collected in our customers’ accounts from this date and time onwards.
