Purchases & Orders
You must be over 18 years old and have a valid credit or debit card to make purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
In the event of order cancellation after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled product(s) using the original payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via UPS and processed within 5–7 business days.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and specific delivery requests may not be accommodated.
Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, and the recipient may be contacted to schedule delivery.
Package Protection & Tracking
We’ve partnered with Route, a package protection and tracking solution, to provide customers with additional protection during delivery.
Route offers low-cost shipping protection to cover packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Route is also available as a mobile app that allows customers to visually track all online orders in one place.
If you experience an issue with your delivery, please file a claim with Route.
Without Route package protection added to your order, we may not be able to reship or refund items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
However, we will review issues involving defective or damaged products on a case-by-case basis for products purchased directly from our website.
For any refund or reshipment request, we require clear photographic evidence of the product issue. Images must clearly show the product defect or damage.

Requests submitted without clear images may not be eligible for refund or reshipment.
We cannot reship or refund products based on personal taste preferences.
Requests for refunds or reshipments must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period may not be honored.
If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be issued for the product purchase price only, minus:
• merchant processing fees
• payment processor fees (PayPal, credit card processors, etc.)
• shipping protection insurance purchased
These fees are non-refundable because they are charged directly by payment processors.
Product Variations During Restart Campaign
During our Restart Campaign, we are actively recalibrating and optimizing our production equipment as operations resume.
As a result, minor inconsistencies in appearance, texture, weight or other non-critical characteristics may occasionally occur.
These minor inconsistencies do not qualify for refunds, reshipments, or claims, provided the product remains safe and consumable.
We are continuously refining our equipment and processes throughout the campaign to ensure our products consistently meet the quality standards we advertise.
