Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept product returns. If you would like to submit a claim due to defective or damaged product, please do so by contacting our Customer Service representatives  within 15 days of your purchase for a refund. We handle all claims on a case-by-case basis. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we will work with you to make it right.

We will not be able to process claims relating to personal preference regarding taste or texture.

Unfortunately, any products purchased from a retailer, third party Ecommerce site, or distributor must be returned or exchanged where purchased.

If your items are received damaged or defective or if the products are spoilt before the expiration date, please contact our Customer Service representative for assistance immediately. We would either replace your products or issue you a refund depending on case-by-case basis.

To ensure ease of processing, kindly have your order number (located on your order confirmation email) as well as any photos or videos that would help us confirm the products you received were defective or damaged. 

*Note: The refund amount will be the value of your purchased items only, shipping costs are not refundable.

You may cancel your order any time PRIOR to it being shipped from our warehouse. To make a cancellation request, please get in touch with our Customer Service representative. To ensure ease of processing, kindly have your order number (located on your order confirmation email) handy.

We accept payments via all major credit/debit cards that includes American Express, Discover, Mastercard and VISA.


All orders are shipped via UPS. Please note: All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only during regular business hours. Overnight air shipping is not available at this time. All in-stock products are generally processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping times will vary based on location relative to our warehouses.

If you choose to sign up for any of our 6- or 12-month Smart Routines subscriptions, Smart Baking Company™ may:

  • Process Recurring Transactions or Usage Charges – Smart Routines subscriptions are billed monthly on the same day of purchase each month. (For example, on each 20th of the month.) This means Smart Baking Company™  may store your billing, shipping, and or payment information for the auto-shipments.
  • Store Customer Data – We want to provide returning customers with the convenience of not having to re-enter their personal data every time they visit our website.
  • Provide Payment Flexibility – Our customers can store multiple payment methods in their account for repeat purchases.
  • Save Multiple Shipping Locations – Our customers can also save multiple shipping locations.
  • Simplify PCI Compliant – We are concerned with customer security and keep all information confidential. We are PCI compliant and do not share or sell any information.
