Thank you for your order.If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products are all-natural baked goods and are perishable. Smartbuns® need to be frozen upon arrival for extended shelf life and Smartcakes® should be refrigerated or frozen for optimal freshness but can be stored at room temperature as well.
Sometimes a product can come open in shipping or be exposed to elements that will cause harm to the product. And sometimes, you just may not like a flavor. Just let us know and we will replace it or refund it as appropriate. We want you to enjoy your healthy baked products.
All orders are shipped via FedEx. Please note: All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only during regular business hours. Overnight air shipping is not available at this time. Delivery time is from point of order fulfillment, not order placement. Since we bake two flavors per day, your order may take several days to assemble.
· Delivery times cannot be guaranteed
· We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes
· The recipient may be called to schedule a delivery
· Requests for deliveries at specific times of day are not guaranteed.
Prices will be shown when you place your order. Minimum order amounts may apply. Any applicable delivery fees and taxes due in connection with your order will be identifies at the time you place your order.

The below policy sets out how Smart Baking Company™ collects, stores and uses any personal data under the GDPR Act.
- We collect your name, address, telephone number and email address for the purposes of processing your orders with us.
- We also collect details of your order and date of collection of your order.
We collect your contact information should we need to ask you about anything to do with your order of if there is a problem with your order. If you give us your permission, we use your contact information to send you offers, details about events or product updates. We will only contact you if you opt into our mailing list.
This data is collected by and for Smart Baking Company™, and will not be shared with any third parties, without your consent.
Additionally, your data may be collected by the following methods:
- paper order forms (we then store these electronically for back-up purposes)
- text messages
- our website contact form or electronic form at events
- social media i.e. through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
We store your data in our online database, which is operated by our Customer Service team. We will make every best effort to keep your data secure. Our online records of your order will only be kept for two years. Our paper copies of order forms are also kept for a maximum of two years. These are then securely shredded. Any payment information (if collected) will be destroyed immediately after it has been used for business purposes. Please be assured that payment information is not stored in our system.
Please contact email@example.com to request the data we have stored for you or to ask us to delete the data we hold for you. We can only do this if you don’t have a current order open with us. You can withdraw your consent or unsubscribe to any marketing lists by contacting us and we will remove you and your data from our list.
We also use MailChimp for our promotional emails – if you have ticked the consent box on our order forms or signed up via our website you will have given us permission to contact you. If you no longer want to receive these updates, contact us, or unsubscribe from the last email.
