I wasn’t expecting to like this because I’m not the biggest pumpkin spice fan anymore but this is unbelievably good and I’m going to order more now. It reminds me of pumpkin pie and is perfectly spiced. I love the texture of their products. Make this flavor in the cakes!

I never review anything – but for this, I’m making the time. People, I did not expect to be so happy and satisfied… and also, full… darn things are big, and with 10g of protein and 13g of fiber, it feels like a meal replacement! This muffin was so great with my coffee, I had to come on this site to double-check the nutrition info (I tossed the box to save room in the freezer). I’m truly floored! Anyway, I haven’t had one straight from the freezer to the microwave yet, but I had a thawed one and microwave dit for about 30 seconds – I had to wait a bit to eat it because the center was hot, but after about a minute I had it with my coffee. This is my new secret weapon to get me through the holiday sweets. I can totally deal with this – I’m picky AF and like tasty things (I refuse to eat things that taste too “diet-y”). It’s a little denser than the cakes, but I liked that. It’s gold for a healthy dessert! I haven’t tried the other flavors yet, but I have the chocolate chip on standby and can’t wait until later. I had the pumpkin spice just now for breakfast. And yes, I am going to always warm them. When I looked at it thawed I was dreading another gross diet product just by the touch and smell – but warming it up made a huge difference. I can’t believe I wrote all that about a keto muffin lol. Just the perfect muffin texture exploding with real pumpkin flavor. Maybe a bit strong on the spices. Would be amazing with a sugar-free cream cheese frosting to replace carrot cake.
