Unbelievably delicious. It’s the perfect pound cake texture, and a serving is a really decent size. Also, the price is pretty good considering how much it would cost me to make a lowcarb friendly version on my own that will probably go to waste as I’m often unable to downsize some recipes. The taste is perfect. I’m looking forward to trying my hand at a strawberry shortcake using this as the base.

This is truly Smart Baking CO’s best product yet! Perfectly sweet, wonderfully dense poundcake texture, and nice amount of snack calories with a good deal of protein. Easy to fit into my diet and a delicious treat to look forward to. I just can’t decide if I like the vanilla or chocolate best!
