Don’t get me wrong, these buns are great and they’ve got a wonderful consistency and taste. But they do the same thing that I find a lot of gluten-free breads do. I don’t know how this happens, but you can’t taste the food you put on the bun. I had a hamburger with mustard and pickles on it that had no flavor. I really don’t understand why this happens with gluten-free bread. I was so hoping that these would be different but they’re not.

I tried these buns with sesame seeds, and they were wonderful. If you are missing hamburger buns then you need to try these. These are VERY comparable to regular burger buns. The texture is on point. This helps me kepp within my low carb requirements while allowing me to enjoy my food. Thank you for Smart Buns.
